The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a professional association that honors lawyers leading the field of labor and employment law nationwide. CLEL fellows are nominated by their peers after practicing in the field for at least 20 years. In 2017, Scott Oswald was nominated in his first year of eligibility. Three TELG principals are fellows of the association.
