R. Scott Oswald Is Panelist at NELA Whistleblower Seminar

R. Scott Oswald, managing principal of The Employment Law Group® law firm, spoke as a panelist at the fall seminar of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
Along with other leading employment attorneys, Mr. Oswald discussed the impact of the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA), passed last year — and also provided tips on successful application of the statute.
The WPEA expanded both protection and coverage for federal employees who face retaliation for blowing the whistle on misconduct and wrongdoing by the U.S. government.
Mr. Oswald’s panel was part of “Shining The Light On Whistleblower & Retaliation Claims,” a NELA seminar designed to inform attorneys about recent developments in whistleblower and retaliation law.
The seminar took place on October 18-19, 2013, in Washington, D.C.
