‘Best Lawyers’ Honors Two TELG Principals in 2014 List
Posted on August 16, 2013Best Lawyers once again selected R. Scott Oswald and Nicholas Woodfield of The Employment Law Group® law firm for inclusion in its prestigious guide, The Best Lawyers in America.
The 2014 listing is a repeat honor for Mr. Oswald and Mr. Woodfield, both of whom were recognized in the 2013 edition. Best Lawyers bases its guide on a nationwide poll of leading attorneys in each practice area; almost 50,000 lawyers voted in the latest survey.
Mr. Oswald and Mr. Woodfield were selected for their representation of employees who fight back against fraud, discrimination, and other wrongdoing in the workplace.
“Nick and I appreciate this honor from our peers,” said Mr. Oswald, managing principal of The Employment Law Group. “It recognizes a year of great work by our entire firm in support of whistleblowers and other employees who seek justice and fair dealing.”
Mr. Oswald is the immediate past-president of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association. He has been quoted in national media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Woodfield has tried more than 50 cases; he currently serves as president of the Virginia Employment Lawyers Association.
