Gerry Roy is The Employment Law Group® law firm’s Chief Finance and Accounting Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience as a finance professional leading broad-based accounting, finance and administrative functions across multiple companies, departments, and countries.

Mr. Roy earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at the Michael DeGroot School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He started his finance career working in investment management and retail banking. Before joining The Employment Law Group, Mr. Roy served as Vice President of Finance at Curb in Alexandria, Va., and prior to that as Vice President of Finance at M3 Corporation in Washington, D.C.
