Federal fraud trial begins against Armet Armored Vehicles

The Danville Register & Bee quoted R. Scott Oswald, managing principal, The Employment Law Group®, in its article about the opening of the trial in United States of America, et al v. Armet Armored Vehicles, Inc., et al, a False Claims Act case brought by the plaintiff Frank Skinner, represented by The Employment Law Group®. Skinner alleged that Armet knowingly defrauded the U.S. government of more than $2 million to produce flawed armored vehicles for use in the Iraq War: Federal fraud trail begins against Armet Armored Vehicles.
